+ 3 Worked out for 100 years and I cant get big!!
OK, I am adding a few links that could help you on your way to awesomeness. I and everybody else are seeing a lot of posts of ppl saying they have worked out for 100 years; they ate properly; and yet they are not any bigger or smaller. WELL THEN! take a look at these links.

This one will basically tell you how much you can gain naturally by actually doing math! "But math is hard!" Well then you should go back to school or take up burger flipping instead of this game. The numbers will put you right in the ballpark of what to shoot for.

This link had a bunch of calculators to help you see where you stand again. Remember these are "BALLPARK" figures so it should be close one way or the next.
So if you take the time to do the math and read those links I can FKN guarantee you that you are not even close to Plateauing or even getting to your genetic potential. I am also included that I have not hit my genetic potential; but I am real fkn close. I haven't yet because I ate like a fkn jerk and did not realize the value of a good diet. In another 6 months I will have surpassed my Genetic potential and that is where the Juice will help me jump the hump. Thank you for reading and happy lifting!
In closing; don't talk about how you think you are plateaued without doing some actual science on it and checking your diet and your genetics.

It's actually a pretty simple concept. If your trying to get big and your killing it in the gym and it's just not happening there's really only one explanation(unless it's a medical condition)your not eating enough. When you say man I'm full and you might be that doesn't mean you've ate enough. I have a huge stomach but I'm not fat at all because I eat eat eat! EAT MORE!
Wow that is just about spot on.
WOW! I'm definitely past my genetic potential according to these equations. Right now I am sitting at 177lbs and 11.2%BF at 5'5" tall. I was up to 186 and 9%BF before my surgery occurred. My natural potential according to the equations would range from 143-155lbs at my height with between 6-10%BF. Probably safe to say I started cycling after I reached my natural potential since I have only completed 2 cycles so far.
Very interesting read.+1
That's why i wanted to share them; Knowledge is Power baby!
I need to add these are the DRUG FREE estimates not juiced.
