+ 16 Steroids are NOT for GETTING into shape
I have been looking through the cycle logs lately and one of the recurring goals I see is something like “I want to drop x amount of fat and get back into shape”. Many guys are proposing these cycles to get back into shape after a long layoff due to surgery or an accident that kept them out the gym or they are just sick of being lazy and are now determined to run a cycle to get them back into shape. I applaud everyone for wanting to get back into shape, that is the first step, but DO NOT use the steroids as a tool to get you back into shape. There is no need for it. Steroids should only be used as a tool for you to use to get to that next level AFTER you are in shape. “Getting into shape” is not accomplished by using steroids. It is accomplished by proper diet and training. There is a wealth of info and knowledgeable vets on EROIDS to get you into the best shape of your life without even touching any drugs. Use that info first and when you get into the best shape of your life, then you are ready for a cycle.

Well guys i did the remote controller supersets this morning and my arms are fkn dead!.. while i was IN THE ZONE i thinks myself "lets beast legs like they never been beasted before so after doing some mind training for 10-15 mins i reached the place ofpositive mental attitude kung fu!.. first time in years i climbed the stairs to use the upstairs bathroom instead of my normal downstairs one and lemme tell ya!... i thought my fkn quads were gonna blow out with the strain on each of the 14 steps.. calves are mashed as well so thats 2 W/Os already this week so now i hear rest is in order so maybe if i do this routine again in september i probably will be looking BEAST like you guys!... nearly forgot to mention im THROWING TREN into my cycle i heard it melts fat.
and because I'm a decade younger than you I climb those same 14 steps with a 45lb plate in each hand brother lol....
45lbs plates would snap my pipe cleaners bro but i will get there!.. im comin after ALL of yous meatheads with a vengence LMFAO!
