whey protein helps in reducing the fat from the body

ad

I was working out at the gym today and I just asked the trainer about whey protein (like the price and how much does he consume).
He asked whether I was interested in buying. I told him that I wanna reduce the amount of fat I have, then maybe I will consider getting it (I am a bit skeptical towards protein powders :? ).
He says that whey protein helps in reducing the fat from the body. I was taken aback by that coz as far as I have read forums or researched, it just gives you immediate protein. And the one he was talking about was just whey protein. No supplements.
How much of that is true ?

If you want to lose weight. Then your main concern is how much calories your consuming day in day out. It's all about calories in & calories out at the end of the day. Mostly everyone when they diet will either keep protein high or increase it a bit. While keeping fats moderate to low. If your on Test then you don't really have to worry too much about dropping your fats very low but if your natural then anything lower than 30g fat a day for a long period is bad & will pretty much mess up your hormonal levels & you could also have to go on TRT for the rest of your life. As for carbs they are your natural & main source of energy for your body. You want to keep them as high as possible to keep up performance in the gym. The only two things you should be decreasing as you start your cutting phase is carbs & Fats keep protein high through out your diet. As you stall in weight either do more cardio/workload to create a bigger calorie deficit. Or if you don't want to increase cardio or anything then just start taking out some carbs & fats here & there.

Whey protein is fast-digesting protein that makes up approximately 20 percent of milk protein. It's popular among athletes to improve body composition and drop body fat. Evidence indicates that whey protein decreases body fat by several different mechanisms. Whey protein can be found in foods, such as yogurt and ricotta cheese, and is available in supplement form. That's why i like yogurt and ricotta cheese the most.

bro not to be an ass, do you really think you should be on a steroid site? I've seen all the post you just made in the 2 hours you have been a member and it seems like you have a lot to lean about nutrition and working out. You might be better off going to a site like bodybuilding.com, you will learn a lot more about basic nutrition and working out there.

Although whey protein is not a magic bullet for cutting belly fat, it can help you in your goal of reducing abdominal fat by providing your weight-loss diet with low-fat protein that contains all of your essential amino acids.
