YOU CAN DO IT OR NOT FOR
That is a tip my late brother Billy gave me a few weeks before he passed away August 25th 2006.
With the help of God and the poelpe on this site I'm doing it, finally!
You think of yourself the wieght you want to be . You eat for that wieght the rest of your life. Care for your self, love your self and you will get there and stay there.
You may get hungary...but thats okie as long as you are eating enough to maintian a HEATHLY wieght.
I dont wiegh my food or count calories...I just look at the food and think about how much and what I am eating. It is about half of what I was eating and I was pretty hungary at first and drinking a whole lot of water to help...but I'm not as hungary anymore. My clothes are fitting better and my rings are getting loose, it's only been about three weeks since I started this new way of life.
I feel a lot better already.
You may have to wiegh your food and or count calories...but you will probably not have to do that for the rest of your life...you should develop a since of what and how much you should eat.
