how to tell if estrogen is too high or too low??

hi guys quick question...
what are some symptoms of high/low estro#?
as last few days ive been quite tired mid day n lethargic..
however ive been working stupid hours, so could just be paranoid...
im running 500mg test c a week
and 100mg test p EOD for one more week.
Im running aromasin at 12.5mg EOD
any thoughts?

Ok brother, let me help you out with this if you don't want to pony up for a blood test.
The first thing you need to do is go to Wal mart and pick you up a copy of the movie "The Notebook". It doesn't mAtter if it's blu-Ray or DVD. Just get you some of that shit. I and a large bean bag chair and a six pack of Zima's if you don't already have that at home. Then go home to your tv room turn off all the lights, and settle into the bean bag chair and watch the entire movie all by yourself while carefully spacing out the Zima's. Once the movie is over this is where the self evaluation comes in so pay attention.
If at the end of the movie, you feel like throwing a Zima bottle through your tv and you are saying stuff like "stupid bitch" and "that guys a fricken homo". Your estro levels are just fine. No worries. If you find yourself feeling romantic, with tears running down your face and find yourself sayin shit like "oh, he is so damn sweet" and "I just want to cuddle with someone" and "I wonder what Target has on sale for Black Friday". Then yeah your damn estro is too high. So up your ai and go beat the shit out of someone before you start growing titties.

I should of been more clear on my cycle
I had planned to do a 4 week kickstart with dbol.. but after 2 weeks I was changing colour so stopped it and im running the last 2 weeks with test p instead..
so its look like this
1-2 dbol 50-75mg ED 2-4 test p 100mg EOD
1-14 test c/e at 500-600mg a week
1-16 aromasin 12.5 EOD
1-16 proviron 75mg ED
maybe im being OTT just like others advice/experiences
Considering there's a number of posts here about estro sides and how to treat them, not to mention on running bloodwork, I'm surprised people still ask this question.
