+ 1 LETRO or AROMASIN on Cycle AI?
Hey brothers. I'v got a problem here. Well I was never one to touch my nips (you homos) but i'v been noticing a very very (less than pea sized) lump under each nipple. Is this normal? My guess is pre exciting pubertial gyno? No ichinness, or pain at all. Can't pinch it because it's so small and deep below the nip. Dosnt move at all (if it does). Does this mean that I am more likely to get gyno on my upcoming first Test E cycle (@ 500mg EW)? Does anyone recommend running a higher dose than the normal 12.5mg EOD of Asin? I'v been thinking of running 12.5mg ED and upping to 25mg ED if sides get bad (lumps bigger). But I do have letro 2.5mg tabs. So i'v come up with some options. Please choose and tell me briefly why you think that is the better option (or just choose). Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks!
Option 1:
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD (from start)
Up to 12.5 ED if sides occur
Up to 25mg ED if sides persist after 1 week
Option 2:
Letro .625mg ED (from start)
Up to 1.25mg ED if sides occur
Up to 2.5mg ED if sides persist after 1 week
& drop to .625mg ED if sides are under control.
Option 3:
Aromasin 25mg ED (from start)
If sides persist~Introduce Letro:
Day 1 = .625mg + 25mg Aromasin
Day 2 = .1.25mg ~no Aromasin
Day 3 = .1.25mg
Day 4 = 1.875mg
Day 5 = 1.875mg
Day 6 = 2.5mg
* continue at 2.5mg ED until sides die down and stay at that dose for 3-4 more days
* Continue using Letro as on cycle AI @ .625mg ED AFTER tapering down safely
Option 4:
Aromasin 12.5mg ED (from start)
Up to 25 ED if sides occur
If sides persist~Introduce Letro:
Day 1 = .625mg + 25mg Aromasin
Day 2 = .1.25mg ~no Aromasin
Day 3 = .1.25mg
Day 4 = 1.875mg
Day 5 = 1.875mg
Day 6 = 2.5mg
* continue at 2.5mg ED until sides die down and stay at that dose for 3-4 more days
* Continue using Letro as on cycle AI @ .625mg ED AFTER tapering down safely

if u are developing a lump this is not an on cycle AI issue at this point this is the beginning of gyno, running a letro taper to rid the lump and than back to the aromasin would be the ideal way to deal with it. runnning aromasin is different for everyone, some can get by or 6.25mg or 12.5mg just fine, ive had to run 25mg and on a really big cycle that includes orals i can easily hit 50mg ED of aromasin. so you need to find your sweet spot, if you were developing gyno at your current dose it needs to be upped. experiment with the dose, i will push my dose till i start feeling some low estrogen sides than back off a little till the low estrogen sides are gone, it takes about 3-5 days with aromasin for me to find my sweet spot once i start feeling the low estrogen sides, this isnt the ideal way to do it, its not something i am telling you to do, its just what i do. i am a high aromatiser so i need to constantly adjust my AI based on what i run, and i already do blood work once a month.
And how was 25mg asin for you if you don't mind me asking? Any drying of the joints or low e2 sides? I will be getting bloodwork 4-5 weeks in cycle anyways to assess e2 levels and adjust AI dosage if necessary.
running doses this high depended solely on my cycle, orals cause super aromatisiation for me. so i go up a little at at a time. 3.125 or 6.25 at a time. never just a jump. crashed estrogen is awful, but once you get tot your spot it feels no different than being on 6.25mg.

As for the gyno, its not from any cycles as I have only ever run on very short cycle of hdrol with ai and protection all around. I'v always had these lumps and I though they were natural but ever since i'v started doing research i'v found that it may be pubertal gyno. I'v never been diagnosed and they are literally the size of 4 periods.. Not even pea sized. No sensitivity and never any ichinness. I'm sure letro won't do much as I was on a high dose of formestane for 12 weeks and nolva for 9-10 weeks at high dose after my hdrol cycle. Reasons? I was imagining puffiness but it was nothing. High dosage of formestane dried out my joints and I was getting too many injuries in the gym. Now I'm completely off and been off for some time. Starting my first test cycle in January at 500-550mg test E. I have 90 tabs of pharma grade Asin and 50 tabs of UGL letro 2.5mg tabs on the way. Do you really think I should run letro to diminish those miniscule lumps considering this? I guess I should have handed this info, sorry bro!
pubertol gyno is nothing that can be fixed at this point, even i have a small little pea sized lump behind my right nipple thats been there long before i ever used AAS.
i suggest starting the aromasin at 6.25mg EOD when you start you cycle, dont start it when you start your cycle wait till you get at least itchy nipps than start looking for your sweet spot, starting prior to any issue with estrogen or any aromatizing happening all you will do is cause low estrogen or crash it. so start at 6.25mg and start adjusting up or down from there.

So again, the lumps have been there for as long as I can remember. Since I was a child. No issues as a child with them becoming puffy or sensitive if I can remember
