Im at 6 tablespoons a day of all natural pb in my shakes (2 per shake). Easy extra calories for bulking. 2 scoops protein, 2 cups whole milk, 2 tblsp PB and 1/2 cup corn starch = 1000+ calories. 3 of those a day plus 4 whole food meals will pack on lbs.

Last year when I was prepping for show...I would use caramel rice cakes with Peanut butter. Really helped me when I needed a sweet tooth fix. When adding weight I always add to my shakes for added flavor
Try blending choc protein power, 2tbsp PB, 1/2 banana with 1 cup skim milk. A sweet choc/pb delight.

Awesome to put on weight and help you grow all around including the gut, lol. Great food but I def have to eat it in moderation to keep my abs showing. I can def slam a whole jar a night but I keep it to a couple tablespoons. Also good for me when im low on fats for the day or week.
