Weight loss and muscle wasting
So I have been trying to lose some bf. One of the things I noticed is I am getting quite a bit vascular in this process but I feel like I am shrinking as far as size is concerned. Since I dropped 10 pounds the veins are popping so I am thinking I lost a lot of "skin" fat. I know muscle weighs more then fat so I weigh myself every week and watch the fluctuations between 200 and 210. I upped my protein intake and dropped my carb intake. Since muscles are 70% carbs and 30% protein I lead myself to believe I am starving my muscles. I lost about a half inch on my arms but my chest is still growing. My stomach size is down and so is my love handles.
Heres the question. How do I get my arm size back and still stay on a restricted diet? I plan on doing a massive cut in December and have all the tools available I just don't want to cut out muscle too. Thanks in advance for some good tips.

Trying to get the most carbs in the morning and extremely limiting them at night. I take about 50 grams before a workout so I don't hit a brick wall.
AnonWhat times are you eating your carbs? It's all about timing. Also you still have to eat carbs. Hard to grow without them.
Some of the supplements I have been taking to try and combat muscle waste are as follows
L-Citrulline DL-Malate 1:1
L-Arginine
BCAA pills in the morning and liquid after a workout
Fish oil pills
Avena Sativa
Stinging nettle
B6 and B12
Zinc
20 Gram protein shake in the morning with breakfast
