Lost 10 pounds from Food posioning

Fuck bros have been clean if aas for 3 months now and got food poisoning a few days ago. I lost 10 pounds! I cant seem to get my weight back up. Wtff! Just me ranting i havent posted in a while

I just had golden corral for the first time last night as my refeed..i threw up all night long and cant eat today. That place is a blessing and a curse
i got a really bad case of salmonella poising last year. i ended up admitted in the hospital from it after about a 5 day battle at home with it. i lost over 20 pounds in about 2 weeks. took me about 6 or 8 weeks to put most of it back on after i got better. seems i noticed a slightly higher amount of FP among AAS users than typical. i may be wrong but i would attribute it to the how much we eat and some of the compounds can compromise our G.I. tract flora pretty significantly. i have serious GI issues with certain orals and i think that is what lead to my FP. also AAS users often deal with indigestion/stomach problems and we often take stomach acid meds or other stomach relief meds and some of those meds can reduce stomach acids which also help to reduce FP from food born bacteria.
noob941man i could really use something to help me knock off these last 10 or so lbs of belly fat, does any body know a good src for FP, preferably one who takes bitcoin and has a 1day t/a!...... hope you feelin better brother stay strong
RustyhookerMostly water loss with diahreah and vomiting. Pedialyte can help. Get foods/carbs back in to puff back up. Food poisoning sucks :(

Damn man! That sucks. You'll need to bump up the calorie intake and as Novice said, stay well hydrated. What did u eat that poisoned u?
Anonbe careful of dehydration. It is an incredibly painful thing, and if it doesnt clear up soon you need to get something from your doctor.
