My Girl is running t3/clen cycle

My girl is starting a t3/ Clen cycle 2 weeks on 2 of starting with t3 and switching to clen weeks 3,4,7 & 8 doing t3 weeks 1,2,5, & 6. I wanted to hear thoughts on this she is ding about two hours aerobics classes daily 5 times a week. She did research but for the most part they have been mixed reviews. I wanted to hear from those that have tried this cycle I read muta, and H reply on a thread and mentioned not touching t3. All advice welcome and appreciated thank you ahead of time

I forgot to add that she is currently taking var for the last month and looking towards t3 and clen to burn fat

Yeah she does a lot of aerobics and gets a good sweat as she puts it but was looking for a good fat burner to assist.

I personally would hold off on the var until goal bf was achieved.... it would be simpler to focus on the fat loss first which she can do with products that aren't going to fall under the category of an AAS.. What's her diet look like.. and I don't mean "she eats pretty clean".. What's she eating each day? Any fasting cardio in there? What about weights?

Eats clean not to sure about workout we go at separate times due to work schedule. She simply wants a leaner look. She's not fat or something which is why I got her Clen and t3. As I said before I don't have a lot of insight on thermos because i personally don't like them.

Some will agree other will not but it seems that baby fat isn't as easy to lose. I would really buckle down the diet. Make sure she is eating lean every two hours and no carbs after a certain time. Since she's already doing cardio add a weight routine to hit a few days a week.. water, water, water.. add green tea to the water that will help with the metabolism as will eating more frequently. Do everything you can in the kitchen and gym first. The var will not help with fat loss.. if anything she may even feel a little fuller. T3/Clen would be my very last resort... T3, if you aren't getting labs done you can't see what's really being effected and could regret it in the long run. Clen, gave me the effect of crack.. LOL it was just to much.. I didn't like the shaking or the feeling my lungs had. Now I know it maybe different for her but I would really exhaust all efforts before using AAS for fat loss...

Not to freak you out but read this

I'd never let my gf touch the stuff.. Even before reading the post above.. I've used it a few times and the stuff can work but you still need a super clean diet and unless she has a show/competition coming up very soon I don't see the point in rushing her fat loss.. caffeine/aspirin are a great alternative

Oh shit thanks muta, she's been wanting to take it and I got her some in going to have her read the thread above. I've never touched the stuff so don't know too much about it

I had her read the thread link and she stopped taking she just started Monday. Which isn't too bad, I'm glad i posted thread because it sure opened ours eyes ive messed with fat burners so don't have to much insight. She is now worried to take clen. Any thoughts on it?
