First Cycle of Sust 250

I have just finished my first cycle which contained pinning 1ml of Sust 250 twice a week once on Sunday and one on Wednesday. I was told to use this as a beginner and eat around 800gms of lean meat per day and train 6 times per week. I gained around 8Kgs in mass but feel like I am shrinking as the fluid is leaving the body now. Looking for anyone who wants to give me advice around a second cycle where I would get more results. Current stats:
Age: 32
Weight: 78Kgs
Height: 178cm
B/F: 12%

Anon800 grams of lean meat ? I think thats only 1.5 pounds right ? I usually eat at the very least a pound of meat if not two , and then protien powder too .
That 800 grams of meat is probably giving you about 140-160 grams of protien , not bad but try and get over 200
Your SRC isn't YOU, bro!! And, your SRC is wrong. Actually, he could have made a better choice in AAS for a first cycle, too. But, to each his own!! How many days has it been since your last injection? Muta, Vike, and SDM are giving you good advice.
You need to get on the PCT meds listed below ASAP!!.
Find out your BMR and add a four day workout regimen in there for activity. Dial in your macros for your goals. You SRC is very wrong...I can't stress that enough!!
Agree with what Muta and Vike have said already. We need to get your diet in order. You mentioned meat, what carbs and fats are you eating? How much? How often? Lets look at it in detail and I'll help you put. Gains are made in the kitchen at your stage. That and a simple training program (not 6 days/wk).
Whoever told you not to run a pct didn't do you any favours. A source you say? Tell him / her to pursue another career.
800 grams pr sitting would be more the norm bro...... 6 day training at your feather weight is fkn suicide too!.... you need to hit the nutrition section HARD!!... thats your problem here .... your food intake is fkn non-existant.

Thanks for the reply that's why I'm on the forum as the advice I have taken obviously isn't flash! Just need to clarify you said 800gms of lean meat per day is plenty but then you say my food intake is non existant? Also why is six days in the gym suicide? Would be good to understand dude.

Have done some reading and yeah agree with the time off bro. No PCT as took advice from my source but am looking into it now and have a good handle on that now
Anonthis is sad to hear.. sad on his part and sad on YOURs. you're an adult and need to take control of your own health. don't let people tell you what to inject, what to do.. do your own research and educate yourself bro. get some Clomid, Nolva, HCG ASAP or you'll likely lose the gains you just made while your body is trying to create an action potential stimulus strong enough to kick start production again.
Totally agree bro but when he is your best mate and has been running gear for 8years you tend to trust advice! Not sure of a good source though have been recommended CENSORED and CENSORED what do you think of them?
