Coming of a 12 week course using 500mg of Sus 250 and 500mg Deca every three days. When should I start PCT what should I use and for how long?

BTW, the advise i gave you is just a basic run down of standard PCT.Check this thread out, may help you out a bit more.
Start PCT 2 weeks after last shot.
Time on + PCT = time off
Standard PCT is 4 weeks
Nolvadex 50/50/25/25
Clomid 100/100/50/50

As far as your original post (you'll see ppl saying OP, that's what they're referring to - took me forever to figure that out haha), I'd wait 3 wks instead of the traditional 2 to start pct when running deca - the ester is longer than enanthate or cyp so it'll take longer to clear your system, and the idea of pct start time is to align it with when your system is cleared of exogenous hormones.
Anyways, welcome bro and don't ever let the cocksuckers and their miserable bullyng keep you from seeking help or asking advice. You definitely shouldnt have strtd your cycle without knowng all you need to know about pct and having evrythng you'll need for it, but lesson learned right? I thought I had done my research by talking to the supplier and friends obviously they are misinformed so yeah I threw the question out there as it didn't seem right that their gear didn't require PCT clearly all hear does. One mate I'm older than you but age does not meen greater knowledge so not sure why you would mention it. 2 yes the mods have shut down two posts as I couldn't find when I read the rules the I could not post that content there so again a mistake and now learnt from it and 3 what the fuck is a troll!!
