PCT after Anavar/Primo

I've seen various lines of thought on post mild cycles such as Anavar/Primo over a 3 month period. Ive seen some say nolvadex at 20 mgs for 3 weeks and others say clomid 100 mg.per day.wk1,50mg per day week two and 50mg per day week 3. Some sites say to use 40 mg.of nolvadex per day week 1 & 2 and 20 mg.per day weeks 3 and 4.
dose of anavar 20 mg.a day for the first 7 weeks and Primo 300 mg every 5-6 days for week 3-14 of cycle. Thanks!

nut! because you used no test, do proper pct protocol- minimum of 4 weeks, nolva and clomid!
clomid-100/100/50/50
nolva-40/40/20/20
after pct go get bloods done, then post them up here, see where your at, then after time on plus time off, come back again and everyone will help you design a good cycle, any questions ask !! cheers
Thanks for your insight. I see you mention running both clomid and Nolvadex, what is your view on running both and not just one. Yes I plan on getting bloodwork done and I usually do that 2x per year. What bio-markers on the blood test do you look at? Rbc,hdl/LDL? Thanks man

No test, yea I knew I'd get frowns for not running test.lol. Im sure I will be there soon enough as I'm pushing 40 and my natural levels are gonna fade. I read about the gentleness of primo so it's intriguiging on that end.
stats? age? I take it your female with those Val/Primo doses?

Lol, I'm a dude. 37 years 5'3" 145...I'm a rancher and was more looking for strength and energy thru the fall for a huge fencing project I'm doing which is rather physical. I used to be a major meat head but have slimmed down some. Probably 12-13% bf. I know for bodybuilding standards this maybe low dose..I've Had success in years past on a smaller dose of anavar with Equipoise at 250 mg wk.. I guess I wouldn't want to overdo a pct if it can cause side effects.
Ok fair enough, those doses are very low by any standard, but if your just doing a sort of high end HRT than I suppose if you feel good than have at it. my 2 pennies would recommend a much less expensive alternative of just Test at either a TRT dose or higher.
either way you PCT will be the same standard.

Yes clomid 100/100/50/50, Nolva 40/40/20/20 that is the standard protocol.
I would start the PCT 1.5-2 weeks after the last primo dose since it is a long chain ester.FYI
