Running and leg cramps.

This is my third week on Var and I just I increased my dose to 15mg. I haven't had any sides, but this morning while running I had to stop because I started to get a Charlie horse in both calves. Anyone else had muscle cramps while on Var??

i suffer from cramps for some time now, but i started drinking lot and i mean lot of water with gatorade mix, it work for me
I can't go above 40mg/day or else I have the same problem. I did a var only cylce last spring so I could isolate sides, and intended to go from 60 to 80ed. Had terrible calf cramps (but interestingly nowhere else.) Running is my primary cardio, so I just chose to cut back and 40 seemed to be my sweet spot. (Male, 172 lb.)
A lot of factors that affect cramps. Usually, electrolyte and fluid imbalances.
