I went in got all my blood work done cause my blood pressure had completely gotten away from me and the Dr just couldn't find anything wrong everything looks good I just got on a small dose of BP meds now
Hey man, I was going to tell you if you take Beet Root everyday it will help keep your BP under control. I was having issues and almost went on meds but started to take beetroot and now my BP is normal.
Man I got tired of the swings this last time I didn't check it until it had hit 180/120 and it was and 24 hours later all I managed to drop it on my own was 169/112 and it would shoot back to the top with the slightest amount of inconvenience I told the Dr man it's time I need to think about how hard my heart is working!! My other blood work wasn't bad lipids slightly high ,hemicrit just over the line so all n all it was just my blood pressure think the reta has a lil something to do with the numbers to that shit is a game changer for sure
