Wtf is wrong with me? Unless I workout sometime that day Im very irritable, easily aggressive, I feel like a mad man. I question if its my family (stress) making me feel this way? But I can't get rid of em (wife ya sorta but you know) anyway, Im in pct right now and will be off cycle for a while so its not like I will be able to go hard everyday like I was on cycle. Tips or maybe sypnosis to if I have some disease or something? lol. turn 25 on Monday. yay big fucking whoop fml n smh

BigBmajJust train every day and be ok with it. I'm the same way. If I can't lift Ill do something physical like cardio - lots of times that helps even more.
People fucking suck. I lift so I can tolerate them a little.
Nothing's wrong with you man. I get irritable for no damn reason too when i dont work out. I'm not bipolar. Some days are just rough and in those times - what you do, and especially what you don't do - are what makes the next day better or worse. it will definitely pass.
I'm the same way.. If you cannot make it to the gym at that point in time find a room all to yourself with no one else.. your car what ever.. Close your eyes breath in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly for as long as it takes.. Don't think about what's pissing you off just think about breathing because this moment alone is about you and nothing else.. You may find after this your brain begins to approach things that were pissing you off a little differently for the time being..
Every one has their little fix for the day whether it's a cigarette, a beer, a joint, binge eating, a video game, or a movie to decompress.. Craving a workout just seems so much better so I don't think you should be looking at this like a crutch but rather view it as your better off than most people.. Just try to work out in the morning and if you have exhausted all of your body parts just do a little cardio or a bike ride

The breathing thing may sound dumb but if you REALLY attempt to relax while doing it then it will work.. not for the entire day but it's a damn good start
AnonMy whole family can be on edge and at each others throats, but I force them all to go on a bicycle ride and after that everyone is happy. Working out releases endorphins and relieves you of stress. Its perfectly normal there is NOTHING wrong with you. There may be something wrong in your life, but there is nothing wrong with you.
But I felt like me NEEDING to have a heavy workout is like an addiction, ya know?
Anonits not an adiction, its just a need you have due to certain stresses . Besides even if it was ,who wouldnt want to be addicted to working out ? Most people look for excuses not to exercise , this makes you feel both mentally and physically better. Theres nothing at all wrong with it.
