+ 3 Vitamin C and its potentialities as an abscess preventer. A personal experience.

ad

I've been on cycle for almost 14 weeks now, and with Roxi's gear (Test p & Mast P December Batch) I've almost always gotten pip. This past week my pip was excruciating, with redness on my right quad and right upper glute. I've taken the usual precautions of a safe injection technique; that is using alcohol in every step of the way, and cleaning my table beforehand. The two needles were brand new and sterile at the time of opening.
So after my usual injections, a few days later I've noticed swelling and redness beyond the usual crippling pip. I thought it was just a fluke, but the pip became more unbearable and the swelling more intense. I was afraid because I've seen many pictures of abscess' and mine looked identical to the stages just before it tore open. I immediately started taking bowel titrating doses of Vitamin C, which for me was 100 grams daily in 10 divided doses. Usually it only takes about 20-25 grams to get diarrhea, so it was clearly fighting an infection. And after 3 days, the pre-abscess started to subside, and my bowel titrating dose of vitamin C went down. By the third day, I could only take 45 grams without getting diarrhea.

For those of you who don't know what exactly vitamin c does... its pretty simple. It is the missing stress hormone that humans can no longer make. We have all the things needed in our liver to convert glucose to vitamin c, but we're missing just one enzyme. Most mammals could make their own C; except for humans, guinea pigs, and primates; if im remembering correctly. And say in dogs, when they get sick the usually just drink water and fast; occasionally eating some grass. What is the dog doing? His blood ascorbate (Vit C) levels will rise depending on the severity of the sickness. The usual mammal manufactures 10-20 grams (of human equivalent) daily under normal stresses; like the cold or heat. But when they encounter a sickness it could easily rise to 50-200 grams daily.

(added more details) For humans, guinea pigs, and primates the same happens; our bodies are burning ascorbate (Vit C) much faster. Except we must get our Vitamin C from food (which nowadays is much less than before, due to soil deficits and other contamination factors) or supplementation. Vitamin C is an antiviral, antibacterial, antihistamine (allergies are caused by histamines, so take this instead of your Benadryl), anti-inflammatory (which means it fights inflammation, so take this instead of aspirin or advil), its a chelator which means it binds to minerals, minerals such as fluoride, mercury, lead or whatever! It binds to it, and once it does it is detoxified and taken out of your body. Not only all that, but it also selectively kills cancer cells by being so similar to glucose that the cancer cell gets tricked into consuming excess amounts of it, eventually resulting in another reaction causing hydrogen peroxide buildup, lysing(bursting) the cell; and I've got to emphasize, it DOESN'T harm normal cells (chemotherapy in it of itself is carcinogenic, how ironic!). In the 1970's it was discovered that Vitamin C was needed by white blood cells so they could phagocytize bacteria and viruses; the more vitamin C, the more virus and bacteria could be 'eaten' by those WBCs.

So whats up with my leg and glute now? Well it's the 5th day on vitamin C and the pip and swelling on my glutes is nonexistent, while my thigh has gone down considerably; I attribute vitamin C to this. And I will continue taking it until it disappears =]

Hope this helps some of you who may one day encounter this problem!

This link shows you a chart of the usual bowel titrating doses of vitamin C, Its a good read for those interested. http://orthomolecular.org/library/jom/1981/pdf/1981-v10n02-p125.pdf

I forgot to mention in 1988, Frederick Klenner a Medical Doctor, published a paper claiming he used high doses vitamin C intravenously to cure many viral and bacterial infections that are deemed incurable. Yet, it is not published in the National Institutes of Health (who claims to be the worlds largest database of Medical Journals)... why? I believe it is due to the lack of financial incentives for the NIH. This government association is financed by pharmaceutical companies, so obviously anything that could wipe out entire billion dollar businesses will go ignored. Actually the ENTIRE Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine, seems to be blacklisted for no good reason. Perhaps it really is due to the fact that mega-dosing with vitamins could cure disease, and they're worried that healing so many people so cheaply would destroy what they took so long to create.

"If you suffer from fatigue, muscle weakness, achy joints and muscles, bleeding gums or leg rashes - you could be vitamin C deficient. Everything from the common cold to cancer can't resist the healing power of vitamin C. In fact, there is not a known virus that can survive in the presence of this essential antioxidant."

Update: No more swelling on my right quad. I will continue taking my usual doses of vitamin C which is 10 grams daily in powdered form.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention...I've read that vitamin C lowers lactic acid buildup, I forgot where; but this piece of info wasn't from a scientific journal so don't take it to heart. Just something that might help!
