The ultimate health and muscle food.

ad

In today's world we are exposed to medical fallacies with much unsound and biased research. What truly is healthy food? This answer is a very simple and straight-forward one. Truly health giving food is that of your ancestors. Those that have not been processed and laden with artificial chemicals. If the food is organic like the way nature intended, you could survive on meat alone, case and point the eskimos who live almost exclusively on animals. They eat almost everything of the animals, their entrails, eyes, heart, cartilage, flesh and fats. The foods the native Eskimos consumed contained 5.4 times as much calcium as the displacing foods of today, five times as much phosphorus, 1.5 times as much iron, 7.9 times as much magnesium, 1.5 times as much copper, 8.8 times as much iodine, and at least a tenfold increase in fat-soluble vitamins. Eskimos aren't the only ones who ate mostly animals. Other indigenous tribes also ate similarly depending on their climate regions. But no matter where they lived, those people from the indigenous tribes were always strong, having perfect dental arches and nasal passages with no signs of dental decay even at old age. Not to mention they don't brush their teeth! What gave them the extraordinary health isn't being on a vegan diet, but rather eating a diet that they had available in nature and that which has been eaten for generations.
Dr. Price continues to list the findings for each of the other groups he studied, and there was a clear pattern: The native diets had ten or more times the fat soluble vitamins and one and a half to 50 times more minerals than the diets of people in the US during 1930's-40's. And if we look back at the diets of Americans at the time, it was even better than what we're eating now. Our foods are rapidly becoming more depleted in terms of nutritional content. Our soils are so poisoned and drained by the monocultures of corn, soy and other staples. The pesticides also poison our food supply greatly.
It seems as if all that we had been taught is wrong, cholesterol is not the culprit of heart disease, rather chronic inflammation. We are also told that we are living longer nowadays, but that surely isn't the case. The percentage of Americans aged 100 in 1830 was at 0.020%, 1990: 0.015, 2007: 0.001 And remember...they didn't have a vegan lifestyle or something like that, they just stuck with what their ancestors ate, which is WHOLE NATURAL FOODS...what we're eating today, is like what we're giving to our dogs... doggy kibbles... what part of today's dog food really existed for dogs to chow on? NONE! There was never processed food in nature for them to eat, but once we started feeding them the dog food, they became weak, and started developing arthritis, cancer, heart disease just like humans. Humans are no different, we are animals and we need the right foods.

Check these guys out, no gym, no fruits, no vegetables...just properly prepared grains and meat...Now that is what the true human is supposed to look like.. strong and developed muscles, with a strong chin and wide set nasal passages. Take care brothas, hope this inspired you to eat organic grass-fed animals, along with all their organs!

What I find interesting is how socioeconomic patterns in food have reversed since the 1950's. In the 1950's, poor farmers were the ones that ate vegetables and whole organic foods, while the upper class were able to eat pre-packaged microwavable foods. Today it is the reverse. Whole foods and organic vegetables are expensive and something only the middle-upper class can afford to eat on a daily basis, while microwave meals are shit foods that people of rural, lower socioeconomic levels tend to eat.

haha quite the contrary actually, man the agricultural industry is fucked up in more ways you could imagine.. while actual cancer cures are deemed illegal, the heavily toxic chemo and radiation are standard. But thats only number 3 on the list of America's killers... number 2 is heart disease and number 1 is actually medical problems... while heart disease has around 600,000 plus deaths a year, medical mistakes which only include those counted in hospitals account for 900,000 deaths a year.. and thats being on the conservative side. The amount of people uncounted is truly what worries me, as my grandmother is on a bunch of diabetes medication.. and little does she know, that the cholesterol medicine is what caused her diabetes in the first place! We need a awakening in terms of nutrition to be honest..
To get you guys started, I would recommend watching "Food Matters", "dying to have known", the "Rockefeller Empire", and "the marketing of madness". All great documentaries about health, that you should all watch! and also "forks over knives as you mentioned in a previous post, as well as searching up "The Rockefellers, The FDA & The Cancer Industry" on youtube...take care brothas, and goodluck with your journey in health!
