Why would u switch from the Aromasin that's doing It's job instead of decreasing it from 12.5 to 6.25...I am a non-responder to Arimidex so I use Aromasin and even Letro in some cases to control...if ur only 2 weeks in and having symptoms then just stay with the Aromasin just cut the dose and re-evaluate it later....I just feel that if ur taking .50 adex since u started and having issues then somethings not right....play it smart and stick with what's workn....the symptoms u are describing are estro related gyno....with prolactin gyno is the nipple gets swollen and sensitive...may even enlarge or darken....I think ur prami is doing It's job but without bloodwork that's a guess...It's the lump behind the nipple u def want resolved bc the longer it stays the bigger it grows....u will likely have problems with that nipple on cycle from now on so It's best u find what works to keep it at bay and definitely be mindful of the aromatizing compounds u use bc u will need AIs on board...I hope this helped give u some insight....just don't toy around with gyno bc It's permanent

.5mg EOD on the adex usually does the trick for me. Try .5mg ED or 1mg EOD. If that doesn't work I'd switch to something else. Sounds like you respond better to the aromasin, unless your adex is bunk like was already suggested.
