hi all im Alayna

im a natural bodybuilder been working out and eatin healthy for 20 years ....ive busted my ass to build my body.....im thinkin of takin lady var to see how i could change my body for the better...

id like to post my leg workout and ask if anyone thinks its too much or not enough...this was my last leg workout...i switch it up evey week....but always do squats and front squats....btw this is just legs not hams thats another day..
i train each body part once a week eualling 14 sets

5 sets of squats...work my way up to my max which is 120
3 sets of front squats on smith machine
2 sets of walking lunges using 20 lb dumbells
2 sets of split squats using 25 lb dumbells
2 sets of leg extensions 90 lbs.

Hey Alayna, your leg routine sounds good. Although it's impossible to accurately assess your workout without knowing what your goals are. Are you mesomorph, endomorph, or ectomorph? Your legs may be an area where you need very little attention. Conversely they may be your worst body part. You have to get a good objective look at your body overall and target stubborn or lagging areas differently. Some keys to remember based on your body type are the number of sets, reps and intensity. Intensity is a big factor. It includes the amount of rest time between sets.

I get the sense you may already know this. Once you post some pics, it will be easier to give you a clearer objective opinion. Keep up the good work!
