hi all im Alayna
im a natural bodybuilder been working out and eatin healthy for 20 years ....ive busted my ass to build my body.....im thinkin of takin lady var to see how i could change my body for the better...
id like to post my leg workout and ask if anyone thinks its too much or not enough...this was my last leg workout...i switch it up evey week....but always do squats and front squats....btw this is just legs not hams thats another day..
i train each body part once a week eualling 14 sets
5 sets of squats...work my way up to my max which is 120
3 sets of front squats on smith machine
2 sets of walking lunges using 20 lb dumbells
2 sets of split squats using 25 lb dumbells
2 sets of leg extensions 90 lbs.

i do assess my body and of course i think everything could be improved except maybe my pecs. i am trying to post pics having a hard time wit that....ty again

Welcome you'll learn a lot here. In regards to your leg workout I see a lot of compound exercises which is good but what about some more isolation exercises like hip/thigh abduction and calf raises?
