overview of my pct

Im running test e at 900mg a wk and deca at 750mg a wk. My PCT set up is :
Clmid/Nolva
100/40
100/40
50/20
50/20
Plus taking a natural test booster.
Should I add anything or take away? Still unsure on how to use HCG and Aromatase

Hcg is either used @250iu twice week duration of cycle or as a blast @1000iu everyday for Ten days after completion of your cycle; prior to the start of your pct!
Ya know the two weeks inbetween the last shot of Test E and Start of pct; often the HCG blast is done then!
First
your Nolva and Clomid dose are correct!
second your kinda starting off on the wrong footing by already being active in a cycle and not knowing about Ai (Aromasin or Arimidex) that's dangerous!
i normally would not spoon feed someone but for the fact your active in cycle and need help!
here is your answer!
procure( purchase) Exemestane (Aromasin) and run it at 12.5mg EOD duration of your cycle! To control you estrogen levels!
You also need to get cabergoline and use 0.25mg Twice a week duration of cycle! (mon/thurs) to control your prolactin!
4-6wks between cycles
What i should be and what i am are 2 diff things. Im 27. 5'10" 240. 20% bodyfat. Ive run test e and deca for a good while never did a pct. Cycle is 12wks long.
3rd cycle. Dont know what caber is. Whatdoes AI mean?
If you're unsure of AI use, you definitely shouldn't be using deca. Let alone Test.
