igf-1 lr3 has systemic action(long life),you can shoot it before training
i'm finishing to run this protocol : http://www.eroids.com/cycle_logs/bridge-to-keep-quality-beetween-aas-cycle
great results and recovery..
i hope to help you
breakingfaceYou did that with no aas correct? Did you make any gains? What were the results? What was your dosing protocol time/dosage etc?
yes bro, without aas..about the gains,i haven't added new muscle, but i have maintained my results made with my last aas cycle, fatloss, recovery, goodsleeping, wellness and improvement with my knees..we can speak in pm for others question ok?
looks solid man! almost identical to what im doing
yes it works well..maybe in the future i will try to add humalog slin into this "bridge"(obviously controlling sugar intake to avoid problems)
Don't take them on the same day because the HGH will counteract the IGF. Maybe run the HGH five days a week and use the IGF on the weekend.
breakingfaceThats one of the theories. Do you have any facts to support your evidence?
my info is newbish but I think you need to seperate them by least an hour for starters. 2nd is the protocols on igf1lr3 is like hgh, can take different times but i see post workout bilateral muscle pins are popular, wait 30 mins eat. I read it can make you feel hypo.
ive read so many different things that peptides should be took before gh but ifg acts like insulin as it shuttles nutrients to the muscles. as much reading as ive done though ive never seen anything that says they cancel each other out
bro why you taking both...hgh covers all the bases that igf lr3 does.. just take the gh.
breakingfaceMy understanding is that they work in a synergistic fashion.
hm. im going to do more research.
breakingfaceIt occurred to me today that the real question is whether or not IGF1lr has a negative feedback function on the livers production of igf. If not the two can be used simultaneously with out contradiction.
Igf is suppose to really help out in pct also
That's what I've read gh increses igf so why not go ahead and add more but defiantly don't wanna over do it
Yeah I know but it's just a little increase in the igf levels to help out
