week 7 test-e only..no significant gains!?!?
im the end of week 7 of a 12 week test-e 600mg/week cycle..i have gained about 15lbs lmao..before u say im expecting a miracle..the weight i have gained is mostly food,bloated stomach,a little water and some fat..this is my first pinning cycle but i have had more gains in 4 weeks on mechabol(weak designer steroid)..WELL MY QUESTION IS THAT IF IT DOESNT "KICK" THIS WEEK 8, SHOULD I THROW ANADROL IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS SO I CAN HAVE SOME NOTICAEBLE GAINS IN STRENGTH AND SIZE? thoughts on the cycle or advice from ur passed test-e only cycle..i have noticed(more vasularity,and i had a sick pump a few weeks ago but it has went away and my workouts r very good but no crazy skin tearing pumps like i had. also i can not get sore, even if i overtrain!!??

diet!! cup of oatmeal breakfast, 5 eggwhites, 2 whole eggs protein shake..meal 2: 3 pieces of chicken,brown rice, sweet potatoe, low sodium beans, meal 3: 2 pieces of chicken brown rice, brocolli maybe some greek yogurt.. meal 4: pre workout meal.etc..im eating enough i have gained alot of weight but not from gear i believe..im throwing in 96% lean ground beef this week..ai is aromasin

liquid CLEN jklol..water only..the protein shake is a mix with some weight gainer mixed in fat free milk
Maybe you are bloated and not fat. Maybe you are carrying a little water and it is stressing you out. I test if I am carrying water daily. I will wrap my hand around my wrist and judge the distance between my figures. If the gap is big I am holding water. At that point I will take a over the counter Diuretic. Diurex how ever you spell it. Also you should go have blood work done. This is for a couple of reasons. When you have doubt in your gear it will effect your gains and you need to make sure your ai is working. Not all AIs work for everyone.
Buildbigger86That is def it. The bloating is all the water retention and it is prob not fat but he say's he is running Aromasin. Then again he is doing odd switching up dosages.

yeah i gotta go get bloods done and..idk my face and arms dont look like their holding any water. and i think the ai is working since nips wont get itchy/burning. its PPeptides and its white which is the color of aromasin powder
I pulled a 450 something for estro levels and my nips were fine. I felt like shit but I thought I was just sick.

I spread out food intake for proper digestion though. But i have put on a nice 27 pounds of solid muscle over the past few months. But i want to put on another 10lbs and loose even more bf%. So i have 3 big meals a day filled with loads of protein and complex carbs. I have a protein shake like every few hours. I also eat Met Rx bars throughout day.
To lay it out for you.
Breakfast:7am: 2 eggs with yokes, 5 eggs with just white's, a bowl of whole grain oatmeal.
9 am: protein shake
11 am Met rx bar
1pm: Lunch: Usually grilled chicken with brown rice in a multi grain burrito with gauc.
3pm: protein shake
5pm: Met rx bar
7pm: hit gym
9pm :After lifting Protein shake, shower, Then big dinner complex carbs and protein
11pm:Before bed Casein protein shake with Met Rx bar
This way help you a bit

i went from 180lbs to 197lbs at heavyest..cut carbs down and food in general the past three days and droped 4lbs im about 194lbs now..im going back up this week
Why would you cut carbs?? You should increase them not decrease. Remember you are bulking!!!

AnonExactly man. Cutting out carbs on a bulker is cutting out gains both on the scale and in the gym.
i cut carbs cause the weight i seem to be putting on is not muscle. it was just to see if i would drop weight and i felt and looked fat/bloated stomache cause all of the food..no side effects really except maybe some bacne..on the pro hormone i had zits on my forearm lol

my stomach gets fat every day, but my body just isn't used to trying to fit 3500 calories into it.

yeah the organ seems bloated and full maybe a little fat not much..im taking aromasin..12.5mg and then 6.25 the next
waltri use anastrazole (arimidex) which people tend to not suggest because of estrogen rebounding back to very high levels after discontinuing use, but if the aromasin isn't working for your body you might try picking some of this up instead. if i were you i would also take the advice given above and dose the aromasin at 12.5 everyday instead of 12.5/6.25/12.5/6.25 etc etc.. if the current dose isn't working.
Yeah I'm gonna try 12.5mg Ed and see how it goes..
