How do you feel about women wearing wedding rings to the gym?
ad
Where I am from women are always wearing them while working out? Are they worried about men hitting on them? Aren't we all there to work out?

Terephthalic Pt...I was under the assumption most people didn't really take off their wedding rings. I don't know maybe since I don't wear one I don't know how they might get in the way, but I don't really see how it would cause much of a hindrance.
AnonIve got a question . Do you really think the guy hitting on chics at the gym is deterred by a wedding ring anyway ?
at least they arn't wearing nose rings.
no worse then a low cut top to show off the new bolt on's,
most metals that rings are made of for woman are prone to scratching like silver, gold and platinum. mine doesn't wear hers because it was very expensive
hmmm. i could see it being a problem for a woman if shes got a rock. Me personally don't take mine off but it doesn't get in the way. Maybe they're scared to lose them or their husbands would flip if they saw em at the gym without wearing the ring. Could be any reason. People are all crazy in there own ways
RustyhookerFastest eay to ruin that fancy ring is lifting weights while wearing it. But then again look at the "meat market" crowd. Looks like Friday night date time in there. Lol!
In one answer "no" not everyone goes to the gym to work out. At least not at the gyms I go to, I see plenty of men and women dressing to impress and flirting.
AnonI know gyms are a great place to meet people but personally I go to work out and to focus on me and my body, If i were to try and impress someone.. it would be at a marathon or iron man or a body building competition.. I just see so many women wearing wedding rings.. Are they afraid someone is going to come up and hit on them or talk to them? IDK... I think its just funny. All they really need to do is just put in a pair of headphones and then they don't have to worry about a conversation.
Well you are one of the legit ones:). And I agree about the headphones.
My girl and I both take ours off in the gym but we work out together. We take them off because the weights cause painful calluses.
AnonI agree, I don't like calluses, that's why I wear gloves
I think some of us almost never remove our rings. Silly as it may be. I know I don't even think about mine but it is just a solid gold band. I do not believe my wife takes hers off either, but we both wear gloves so I will have to look now. That being said, she works at the gym and ring or not she still gets hit on by men and women (until I show up) lol
