funny story, i saw a dude hiding on a really cute girl in the gym. she was working on some squats, he goes "can i work in?" she says sure...
dude loads the squat rack with 4 plates on each side (more than he can handle), starts squatting while grunting loud...i mean really loud.. grunting is the biggest move u can do to turn on any woman. gets 3 reps in and put the weight back then goes "so can i have ur number?".... I just thought its a funny story to share.
its pretty hilarious because i just though about what a girl in the gym would think of me, a 265lb guy, hidding on them. probably my line would be "would u like a free injection of testosterone?"
pretty funny when dudes hit on girls in the gym. I should try it just for fun.

It is possible when I was 21 I gained a little over 30lbs that I kept on in under 8 weeks but I was working out 3 hours a day or more every day

I tried a couple of times to work out on my own and it put me off for life!!! Guys feel no way about just sitting there staring wondering what you are doing lifting weights!!! Even when you look at them, hoping they will look away....No!!....They just stare more. Very intimidating.
