Just Had Gyno Surgery... Now What?

Yesterday I had my puberty gyno removed it wasn't that bad just puffy nipples. During cycle nothing would flare up only during pct and it would be very mild just a super tiny bump under the left nipple. About a month later it would go away. I would still have puffy nipples because fof my childhood gyno.
My question is if a take all the right precautions with AI/ PCT what are the chances it coming back? Anyone have experience with this? Should I take AI through out my PCT?
I have a few pics under my profile you can see the gyno. Will have after pics when bandage come off.

Gyno is caused by either elevated estro or prolactin levels. Keep those in check and it won't be an issue. A lot of guys never have a problem with gyno while on cycle because they're running an AI. Pct is intended to jump start your natural test production, and unfortunately can cause you're e2 levels to rise as well. Running adex on cycle can also cause estro rebound during pct or shortly there after. Try running aromasin as your on cycle aibat 12.5mg eod and then continue that all the way through pct at 12.5/12.5/6.25/6.25 ran along side your nolva and clomid.
