Staying on need advice.

ad

I'm on my 12 week of Test-p and Npp cycle pinning eod. This my 3rd cycle, My first cycle was test only and 2nd cycle was Test E and Deca. Both times it was hard for me to recover even with a strict PCT protocol. Even with test only cycle it took forever for my natural test to comeback. Thank you for any help!

I want to stay on a TRT and want to know what would be the best course of action? Best protocol when do I go back on?? What type of Ai?

Age 30
Weight 175lbs
BF 10% or less
I have kids so not worried about that.

When you say hard to recover, do you have the bloodwork numbers to support that ? Sometimes people say that they are having a rough recovery when in fact they are in normal range. They just haven't gotten over the psychological aspect of supraphysiological amounts of hormone in their body. No doubt deca or any 19 nor can be rough on recovery but test is pretty straight forward. Be honest with yourself. I'm not opposed to trt at any age if its justified by bloods, but it's a life long deal and you're young.

Had bloods done after 2nd cycle 6 months straight and my test never went over 200 estro was below 30.

Well that's a low total test #.

Before you TRT it, you should try and cycle off one more time and see if you can recover. Get on some prami or caber for that prolactin since you're running npp. Then hit up a course of Nolva, Clomid, HCG. Alternatively instead of HCG you may want to give triptorelin a try. It resets HPTA fairly quick. Then follow through with the standard course Nolva, Clomid (40/40/20/20...100/100/50/50). After the chemically assisted PCT, give yourself 2 weeks, then try 4 weeks of D-aspartic Acid at 6grams a day (3 in AM upon waking, 3 in PM prior to bed) along with HCGenerate (good OTC booster). After those 4 weeks, wait 2 weeks and re-test your levels.

Sounds like a pain in the ass but worth a try if you want to try and salvage natty levels. At 30 you might have a hard time getting physician prescribed TRT and you can never be certain if you'll always have access to UGL gear until you get a script. Good luck either way.

You mention nothing about prolactin control.

Even with a perfect pct, no prolactin control will keep you shut down. Sometimes for months. Also you are asking about what type of AI? Did you not take any AIs?

1st cycle was test e only and used an ai. Pct was spot on still took 4 months to recover.

2nd cycle test deca no prolactin control used ai. I totally know now I should have used prolactin control took the same amount of time to recover. Had prolactin checked cane back within normal range.

X2. Deca bounce back can be tough. I wouldn't use that cycle as a great example if your ability to recover

My test e only cycle was super hard for me to recover. Just as hard as my deca cycle.
