+ 1 Newbie First Cycle Planning - Am I on the right track

AAS experience: None. Totally natural.
Cycle goal: I am not looking for get 'massive' from my first cycle - Rome was not built in a day. I am looking for good lean mass gains, so I will be really happy if I gain and keep 6kgs. Diet will be around 3500 cals on workout days (300g protein, 200g carbs, 160g fats). Diet will be around 2500 cals on non-workout (non weight training) days (300g protein, 100g carbs, 100g fats).
Training will be my normal 4 day split. Will incorporate some cardio in there on non weight training days depending on how I feel and bf levels.
Week 1-9: Test E 250mg Mon/Thurs
Week 1-2, 9-12: Test P 100mg EOD
Week 2-12: HCG 250ui Mon/Thurs
Week 1-16: Aromasin 6.25mg EOD (raising to 12.5mg if necessary)
Week 13-16: Clomid 100mg/100mg/50mg/50mg
Week 13-16: Nolva 40mg/40mg/20mg/20mg
I know Test Prop is not usually recommended for first timers. However, due to past illnesses I have (unfortunately) had a fair bit of experience pinning, so that and site rotation is not a problem.
Any advice, criticism welcome.

TronI like to see a first timer who has done research on their own and realistic expectations of a cycle. I personally dont think you will need hcg for this but its up to you. And i concur with with the comments bellow by the other guys as well. I will tell you this though. for that short of a cycle that test e is just going to start really getting good for right when its time to get off. so the prop taper thing a concur with as well... good luck bro and +1 to you!
think everyone tweaked your cycle but looking at your diet...i would keep it a consistent 3,500 cals ed rather than going lower on your non workout days. two reasons, you are way more anabolic on cycle(obviously) so your body will be able to utilize the extra cals w/o converting them to fat. secondly, you grow when you rest on your off days. during this time you still need to provide your body with plenty of fuel to repair and recover. also, to hit your goal of around 13 lbs gained you might have to up your calories like cr33k said
Anoni would bump that test e up to 12 weeks. finish week 13-15 with the prop taper. hcg should start week 6 if at all. don't think you'll need it with this short of a cycle, but it's up to you. it will raise estrogen more. you'll want to run a second set of labs to make sure your AI is dosed properly for this. and run that AI at 6.25 ED. the half life is 27hr on aromasin. last thing: cut your nolva dose in half for this cycle. the higher doses are for longer, poly compound cycles. you don't wanna get the pct blues
I have enough gear to do that dossier but I have to go overseas right as my PCT ends. Thus I have tried to get the cycle and pct done before I leave just in case I cannot train (as I am not sure if there will be facilities where I am headed). My thoughts were no training during PCT would mean I would lose some of my gains.

Test e is ran 12 weeks minimum. You wont feel it kick til week 4-6. That prop should be ran 2-3 weeks although I would run it 3 if you have enough.
4 week pct. Clomid/Nolva doses are correct.
HCG I cant comment on because I dont/never have had to use it.
Most people take 12.5mg armoasin EOD. At that dose you're not doing much. You will likely want to bump it up to 12.5 eod. 6.25mg EOD is very low for someone who doesnt yet know if they get gyno or not.

PS: Up your calories to ~4k. Youre on gear. Your body can and WILL use more food than you have ever experienced. Personally I eat 4.5-5k a day bulking on gear, and 3.5 off gear.

AnonFR Cdaddy and/or look at some of his forums. He advises aromasin 6.25 ED bc it has a 24 life so although that day to day consistency may not be as pivotal for this cycle as.it will be for others, its still a good regimen
Anonthe protocol most people follow is starting it at the beginning of week 4 on a long ester cycle (not with the prop kick) Until you know your body perfectly, then its recommended to take it with every cycle. AIs (I think) is a fairly new thing, 20 years ago they used nolva for their AI, that's during cycle.
You should be able to see or feel the effects. If you are not taking enough you will have bloat and lots of water retention from estro build up. If you are taking too much your joints will hurt.
