Cycle length advice - keeping gains on holidays
Hey guys
Planning my next endeavour which will was originally going to be a 16 weeker. However, due to circumstances my end of year vacation has been moved forward - meaning my PCT may end up being done overseas. Holiday is 7 weeks (in North America). I should be able to lift twice a week heavy plus cardio (which I do at home anyway).
Unfortunately start date it cannot be moved (come back from overseas) nor can I wait as I wont be able to done the cycle until mid next year. You know - gear may evaporate if you dont use it....like beer if you dont drink it.
Stats at start of cycle should be 6 foot, 90kgs at 10% bf. Goal is maximimum size gains without being over 12%bf - hoping for 10-15lbs. This will be my fifth cycle - second tren.
The original plan was:
First 8 weeks will be prop (100 eod) and tren ace (150eod) for bulk (5k-6k cals).
Last 8 weeks will be prop (150eod) and var (100ed) for recomp (cals at maintenance +500 cals). Hoping to shed any bf from bulk component and solidify gains.
HCG (500ui twice a week) and Aromasin run throughout. Clomid (100/100/50/50) and nolva (40/40/20/20) standard pct with aromasin.
Option 1 would be reduce to 12 weeks.
First 6 weeks will be prop (100 eod) and tren (150eod) for bulk (5k-6k cals).
Last 6 weeks will be prop (150eod) and var for recomp (cals at maintenance +500 cals).
This means I will be at the start of week 4 PCT when I fly out.
Option 2 would be to reduce to 12 weeks
First 8 weeks will be prop (100 eod) and tren (150eod) for bulk (5k-6k cals).
Last 4 weeks will be prop (150eod) and var for recomp (cals at maintenance +500 cals).
This means I will be at the start of week 4 PCT when I fly out.
Option 3 would be to reduce to 14 weeks
First 8 weeks will be prop (100 eod) and tren (150eod) for bulk (5k-6k cals).
Last 6 weeks will be prop (150eod) and var for recomp (cals at maintenance +500 cals).
This means I will be at the start of week 2 PCT when I fly out.
PCT is the same no matter what cycle.
Any thoughts/ideas/comments would be appreciated.
