Got a letter today from the australian drug and theraputic goods administration all for trying to import some nolvadex, clomid and t3 a while back. It was actually sent registered post so I had to sign for it. Or so they thought. Wont fall for that one again. Managed to get a hold of the letter anyway without signing for it and it stated I had to send them a confirmation that i have read the letter within 7 days of receiving it. You play there game and your only in for big fines and court attendances. Before you ever sign for anything make sure you know who its from first, usually states it on the envelope. Avoid at all costs signing for letters from customs or TGA. Thats my tip of the day.
LOL. I got sent that letter to but I signed for it thinking nothing of it. Reason they send it because customs cant actually seize medication that is not banned (its only restricted) so they pass it on to the TGA that request a prescription etc in which most cases doesnt exist so its then seized and destroyed legally. I didnt get back to them in 7 days so they came knocking and requested an interview, I requested they get the fuck off my property. This was only a week ago so the saga continues....
