Your back up and best wishes have been much appreciated throughout the last 3/4 mths whilst this venture has been in motion,i can tell you she is sharper than the last comp 3wks ago due to dieting even stricter and posing and hard minute long flexing regimine for the last 2wks have brought up even more striations! in the right light she looks like she has been skinned lmao! confidence is high and a new routine with a little more attitude should go down well! fingers crossed brother
That's awesome mate. It's amazing how much just flexing helps. I absolutely love that look of being skun. It's amazing too look at. The other great thing about it is watching other competitors expressions when the see it.

In this game you make your own luck, luck is forged out of blood sweat and tears and im sure you have giving it everything and more. Whatever the outcome you have done extremely well and you should be proud. My tip is have fun, relax and be confident, really helps with the circulation of blood.

tread-mNice thinking wall..suzy no nerves, this is all you! Can't tell you how proud we all are and how much of a pleasure it is knowing you and watching you roll. I thank God everyday you're there to keep V in line too, no telling where he would be without you. Probably eating left over lean meat out of a dumpster somewhere or scrounging for washed up dead fish on a shoreline for his protein source. Seriously, its been fun watching and inspiring as well.

Ohhh thankyou wallabokkie just noticed this post go up, i dont come on that often due to the amount of training lately,well yesterday was the last day of real training i am just going to do light cardio from today then nothing from friday evening only practising my routine over and over,still at 3.9% bf and drying out very nicely.Not looking forwards to living on raisens all day sunday but it has to be done,not that nervous just yet i suppose that will hit me on the day,anyway thanks again for your best wishes i will do my best to make it happen
