The REAL question is NOT what this site does for YOU but what YOU do for this site? Its natural that this place is a simple drive thru for finding your needs and gathering info. To those folks that go over and above in the hopes of helping others....I SALUTE YOU! You give countless hours of FREE info to simply make the goals and luves of everyday people better. THAT is why I enjoy this site!

AnonI'm not the best person to get advise from. All I can do is try to be a humble person and show appreciation for the help I get. I didn't even plan on participating much because online forums can be brutal. I was just looking for references to buy gear. As far as online forums go this is the friendliest bunch of people I've ever seen and that's what drew me in.
Learning and sharing. The folks asking and really wanting to learn...always get a ton of help.

i try to help out as much as i could, sometime my AAS advice may not be good due to my experience so i keep my mouth shut, but when it comes to nutrition and training ask me anything and thats where my experice it at, i get alot of PMs about that, so people dont be shy, ask me
When one finds their natural nitch into society....RUN WITH IT! You have the gift of explaining nutrition in a way that everyone can appreciate. Keep it up!! I can run a clean diet for myself....but breaking it down in a helpful way...i can't do it. You're clearly hard cut and have a talent...keep teaching!

This is the first and only online site I have participated with as far aas. I have to say I enjoy it very much seeing the different personalities all come together for the greater good of all. I contribute anything and everything that I can which is not close to the vast knowledge that people have shared with me through their experience. But recently I did help someone overcome their gas problem thus making his girlfriend's world a more pleasant place to dwell lol. Recently hearing about Fast48's story of overcoming injuries making his way back, yet all along still helping others reach their goals, is one of the reasons that makes eroids a sincere team of brother and sisterhood. I owe much thanks to you all for making me a far healthier person.

Here's the thing bros none of us know it all... Tread may be an exception, but I told him a couple things he had never even heard of.... That's another topic though. Together we help one another train harder, eat better, and use aas in a wise manner. I know w/ out this site I would probably have gyno be lactating and puffed up like a jelly fish. I try to offer insight where I can,usually others have already taken the words out of my mouth by the time I get to the thread though. I just appreciate all the guidance that has een offered to me and try to do the same for anyone else who seems to need my help or asks... Right on fast48, nice post!
Teamwork and family style. We may butt heads but when ya need help a whole grip of folks are there for ya. Keeps this place tight knit and universal. So much to learn and share

I'll be honest, I probably don't do my part the way I used to. Part of it is just flat out being busy. Another part is frustration with redundancy, laziness and flat out stupidity. I can tell by the way new guys approach me in pm that some value my advice and opinions. I still seek out advice and different takes on things constantly. I have my go to guys but the point is they are always there to help. I can't say that I have been. This community gave me more in the last year than almost anything else in my life. I've learned a lot and am still growing (literally and figuratively). I need to step my game up. Problem is I don't see things the way most do and I know my ideas and opinions are outside the box. Sometimes I forget that and spew shit that shouldn't be out in the open. We need that advanced forum! But the answer is, I probably don't do all I can to give back.
