Diet help
Here is my diet, I haven't put my entries all into "myfitnesspal" app (I love the app) so I don't have the exact breakdown of macro's yet but before I go through the tedious process I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
Some stats:
37 years old
Approx 13%BF (based on calipers)
I hover between 180/182 in weight (intentionally for the moment).
Height is 5'-11"
I'm planning on doing my first cycle ever soon. Goal is to bulk up and hopefully not put on too much fat or bulk to the point where I lose everything 3 months later. I want to bulk a solid base and keep going until about May when I will try to cut to lean up.
I get up crazy early and workout first thing so post workout is sadly at 5am. lol
Here is what I'm thinking:

Eat 5/6 small meals including snacks, Avoid soda, diet soda and flavored juices,
Do take whole grains, beans, vegetables and fruits more in your diet meals...
when you say workout you mean weights? because if that's the case i would drink the shake or eat the eggs first then work out. that would help get the metabolism going to burn off the fat also give you some energy source for the workout.. the only time I would recommend training before a meal would be aerobic training first thing in the morning then eat.
Heres my diet bro just another sample.

Maybe take out the whole milk, apple, and orange juice when u start your cycle bro. Also when u start ur cycle cut out carbs at 2pm and nothing but protien and veggies after that.;)
I want to start it. I am actually already starting partially I want to see what it does for me in the next few weeks. I'm starting it slow and add more from that list each week and when cycle starts I will go full blown eat mode
Ahh ok, well yea try it out for a month or so and see if it works for you thats the only way to do it bro.
Looks good,, have you bin doing this diet or about to start it?
