I'll make this short and sweet. Today is the 1 day that diets go out the door and we gorge on everything bad for us. For the ones that still are hell bent on keeping your diet, Come on live a little. Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow eroidians

yeah can't count those calories tonight gotta just go for it bro, love it. Eating 150 grams of protien in one sitting at the dinner table is more likely then watching my diet haha
I know I'm eating like a fat fucker today. Cup cakes pies and all that good shit!! LOL. But ill be back on the diet tomorrow.
Diet this and diet that...kick that shit out the door for once. ONE DAY is NOT going to wreck your physique and make you fat. What makes you fat are poor diet choices EVERYDAY leading up to and following the holidays.
Another thing to remember is just because you break diet today does not mean you can make up for it by "fasting" tomorrow. That causes more harm than anything.
To an enjoyable thanksgiving...no such thing as cheating on diet today.
Today is a time to feast like a beast. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
Think about it like this.... tomorrows workout will be phenomenal, cause I'm eating at least 1000G of carbs, stuffing, potatoes n gravy, fudge, pie... etc

My thoughts exactly Logan, spending time with friends/family is of highest priority today, screw the calorie counting. Pass the stuffing would ya'?
Lets also keep those military folks who are away from their loved ones, the recent hurricane victims who lost their homes, and all of the other less fortunate people out there in our prayers today.
I've got no gym to go to so I'm about to hit a jungle gym workout. Gotta make those calories count for something.
