gained 12 pounds in 3 weeks during 1st cycle

Just returned from gym. Weight was up again. Weighed in at 187. I started at 175 on 11/1/12. Started using dbol and Test E on 11/1/12. Performed my pull wo today. Strength was up again. Added 10 pounds to my chins and my TUL increased. Difficult to accomplish especially using a 4-2-4 cadence. My rapid bodyweight increase has made chins more challenging.

Dbol on first cycle..im interested in ur experience on dbol and gains and thoughts on cycle.. keep us posted
Just wait about 6 weeks after your pct so you can have a real idea how much muscle you packed on you.
Dbol will add a shit load of water weight. I used it at 30mgs a day as a kick start for my test/deca cycle im on now and went up 16lbs till I stopped using it after week 4 and im almost back down to where I started in weight.
yep dbol is only good for sports. if ur looking for something quick
its the dbol, that stuff u ll make u add on wieght like crazy, of course its all water wieght
I have not made a conscience effort to eat more calories. Just eating a well balanced diet.
a well balanced diet while using dbol and test e might not be the answer. im still running my cycle and just today i hit week 10 which is being changed from test e , to test p. my diet has also came to a complete halt. no more feeding frenzies, sweets, breads, etc.... but im also running var. eat man! just eat and eat and eat.
