MONSTAR posted some pics and went around PM'ing asking some guys to come look at his pics. He was looking for some constructive criticisms and asking for help in becoming better, becoming more... I had made a complete dietary change last year. It was nothing "I" came up with. It wasn't even anything "I" gave much thought to... But from looking to my brethren and putting my ego aside. By being open to new ideas and trusting those who I felt truly had my best interest in mind, mountains have been moved in who I am becoming not only physically but as a Man.
THIS is the downfall of every member who comes aboard and seeks the answers THEY want to hear...

X2+1 H As a member for over a year now my knowledge of steroids, diet, and training has taken a huge leap forward thanks to eroids. This place has a countless amount of knowledge but first you have admit to yourself that you don't know it all and leave the ego at the door. I am constantly trying to evolve and with this place as my primary tool I am making gains that couldn't have happened without eroids.
BA-BOOOOM .. in a nutshell brother, leave the shit at the door come on in with an open mind and soak up the FREE 100s of years first hand experiences.
