It's hard to believe it has been a year already since I joined this site!
So many things have happened in this short time, but lets just try to stay with the positive ones! LOL ;-P

Congrats brother... i remember the day when we both had just 5 karma points lol and i also remember we both put each other into the 100 club roughly the same week.. lot of water passed under the bridge since then bro but it still feels like yesterday... i have sat back and watched you transform yourself from a pot bellied beer guzzler into what i think puts alot of our young guns under serious pressure.

Hey Thanks Levelup, that's good advice bro, We did, We only did Cardio yesterday! Then today banged the Legs and Abs pretty good! It's a start been out of the gym for 3 weeks before this contest. Starting to fill back out! Get Busy! LOL ;-P
i think you need like four more weeks off! i was on the same workout day as you today, can def feel im going to have the egyptian penguin walk goin on tomorrow, the stairs are gonna be a bitch. im deflating but dropping fat, with the lack of carbs i feel like i have half the mass i did
See, my mass was already down, so no place to go but thicker! Nah, I'll be good tomorrow, the workout stretched me out from all the Walking and Treadmill.
you got good size already and not much to cut. id rather be in your position being able to lean bulk. im too thick and have a straight cut to get to where i need to be, im hoping my finish pics dont look flat and deflated. i was so wobbly on the stairmaster after squats i thought i was going to fall off, used the handrails quite a few times to get my balance
