My last GYNO REVERSAL thread... How should I be dosing this?!

week 1_8 - Nolvadex 20mg ED
weel 9-10- Nolvadex 10mg ED
week 11_12-Nolvadex 5mg ED
12 weeks OFF
When is the best time to take nolvadex? Should I be splitting the dosages and dosing them at certain times of the day say for instance, 6am, and 6pm 10mg each...
or is it good just to blast my body with 20mg all at once everyday at 6am?
All the help is appreciated guys, I just got my nolvadex from rui, man their shipping is fucking FIRE! so fast... anyways guys, here you all are, now help me! would be so appreciated! =)

I hear rolaxifene is good
I also have some letro........... should I be trying to use this to kill my gyno also? Is it possible I can use it at the beginning of my nolvadex cycle for about the first 3-4 weeks? I could start at 2.5mg and taper my ass down until I reach .5 or .25 letro per day..
