From what I hear you're about eight feet tall, and since I'm a gentleman I won't talk about weight. However scientifically speaking sex is a great way to burn calories. I would tell Hench that if he does all the work he's just being selfish and burning calories instead of allowing you to burn those calories.

Just going with that line of reasoning, I don't believe Hench will be able to get you back to where you were, so Viking, Tread, Fast, and I will come in to help out to (hey, we're all family here Grrrrl, nothing to be embarassed about). Don't say "thank you" we take care of our own, you should just expect us to come over and allow you to pleasure us when these types of things happen.
