This is mydiet im about to start. Looking to move from 180-200 over the next 2-3 months. First time actually putting a deit down and really looking at what my numbers all. I've ate generally what I want with just a slight idea as to what im ingesting and have gotten reasonably far so I think this is really gonna show me how important diet really is to keep movin up healthy weight. havent worked out timings yet. ill do protein/fat Protein carb thing with it. what yall think? Im I headen the right direction with this.

The key thing a lot of people forget, how many hours do you sleep for? not sleeping enough can cause problems in weight gain

aylmejorCant stand plain yogurt. Im gonna stick for flavor on that cant kill all taste joy.
and i got the the raw rice yt. cooking enough for a week and freezing it in portions.stuffs to time consuming.
The fact that your getting it all from whole foods is great. avoid processed oats, im personally not a fan of white rice but it is your diet so make sure your eatin the 45 min rice(the shit you actually cook) not the quickies.
looks good bro. keep that cardio tuned up as well and you'll put some quality mass.

1jakd_hipyI agree with you except for the cardio part, I would say drop cardio for the month, especially if he's doing heavy cardio now, no sense in wasting all those nutrients on anything other than building muscle
aylmejorCardio will be done if i see it fit. as in excess fat gain. other then that ill stick to my 5 - 10 warm up only see how i react to every thing first
