need a little help with sore muscles lol

Dont wanna sound like a bitch but i worked calves n legs hard yesterday and i have come into work tommorow....my quads n hams feel fine but my calves have been killin me...
What do u guys do for this
Is aleve or advil my answer or is there another alternative
I really would like to know for future ref as work is tommorrow morning lol

horse linement great for aches and pains ' you can get in any equestrian centre or online ' stuff pretty strong ' alot better than any stuff you get otc for humans lol
get the gel if you can WARNING PRETTY POTENT
i use on my shoulders before training heats up the area not sure id put on me hamstrings lol

I sprint half mile for warm up except leg days cause I find my calves and shins pay the next day.. so I warm up by doing light weight high reps on leg days.. so if u do cardio with legs try and skip it on leg days
couple caps full of apple cider vinegar . I know it sounds crazy but when you wake up tomorrow you'll be stoked it really does work If you try it pm me and let me know it did .

I've got a microwavable heat pad that is my best friend.
i like aleve over advil, easier on my stomach for some reason. also like biofreeze if the soreness is really bad
As Cheatnnature said Ibuprofen always helps me bro. Also have your girl, if she lives with you, give you a deep muscle massage LOL You should see my girl diggen her elbows into my back!!! LOL
Ibuprofen. I love feeling that sore then I know I ripped my muscles lol.
