cutting carbs?
ad
I get the science, I know how it can be hard to calculate macros.
My question is how do you not eat carbs after say Noon?
just seems EVERYTHING has carbs in it, Fruit veggies, etc
does it mean just no bread type products?
What can I eat after Noon to make sure im cutting out carbs....ie, what foods are ok?

Just switch to meats and fats [Coconut Oil, nuts, etc]
Dont count fibrous carbs - so even if you have say broccoli in afternoon they dont need to be counted as crbs.
No where NEAR contest lol
Still working on foundation
Trying to eat right and slim down a bit, drop some major bf as I am kinda fat right now
So usual chicken fish and maybe some dark green veggies after 2 then
LaTTTimer99Even a piece of steak has some carbs. I think what your trainer is referring to is stay away from everything BUT meats, eggs, vegetables. The carbs in cruciferous vegetables don't "count" in the carb-counting big picture.
Are you in the final stages of getting ready for a show? Or are you trying to shred? Provide some context here - what is it you're doing?
Last year I made the mistake of low-carbing it for way too long, thinking that was the way to go for fat loss. It can be, but really if your diet / nutrient-timing is dialed, and you're just a recreational bodybuilder, you may be better off adjusting your diet. Especially if you're on gear, keep your carbs up if they're the right carbs, to build muscle, increase vascularity, pumps, and provide the energy reserves for intense workouts.
Provide more info about what your goal is, what you're doing right now, and what you're preparing for?
Peace,

Hmm.. Stick to simply meats. I usually will eat either steak, chicken, or fish after 2 p.m. with nothing else.
