OVERTRAINING? WHAT IS IT? DOES IT EXIST? IS IT TRULY AS BAD AS EVERYONE THINKS?

Found this and decided to share with you and get your thoughts on this article, i would like to get an opinion of you PRO & Bodybuilders, i find this article very interesting and wonder if this has happened to some of you guys and what have you done to fix this problem, i know we talk a lot about AAS, PCT and nutrition, but i would like to heard an opinion about exercises, routines, how many times a week you hit every muscle, recovery time. http://youtu.be/8K1GStV46Ck

I watched another of his videos where he says that excess protein taken in during a meal gets stored and used later as protein. In my nutrition class however we were taught that excess protein gets stored as fat.

Well, I did sell the book. :-( I just ran a quick google search and their seems to be a wealth of info on it.
I simple listen to my body.
very good the video also.what i do is to shock the muscles on season{you are not catabolized bz you take artificials hormones} and 6 months i do normal thinks and traing
Listen me when i am on season [on steroids} i do usually 2 trainings per day/1 off per week{for 3months}.is work vry good and i keep the results off season also.So,overtraining on season - 6 trainings /week off season.
Can you elaborate on your split? for on season
yeah why not.? ok here it is:
monday:back am chest pm
tuesday: legs{13-14set heavy squats,leg extention,leg curl}a.m. legs{in front squats,deadlifts dumbel+barbel {super sets-10 -12 reps} leg extention leg curl)**
wensday: shoulderam arms pm
thursday off
other three days repeat
**when i am tired sometimes the pm training i skip and i do runing about 1 hour-50min
*abs i do when i wake up in the morning in my room { i buy one yoga -mat } bz i am boring to do after the weight training
heavy programme but works.you can shock your body !
Thats a lot of volume on your legs! You do 13-14 sets of squats!? than go back later in the day for leg curls, extensions. Geez.
