protien, carb, fat ratio s on cycle
ad
What is the general consensus on protein to carb ration while on a cycle? For solid lean gains? I am asking as a general question what seems to work for most of gurus on here?

Well...honestly it all depends on your bodytype(and metabloism), your weight and current bodyfat really. What are you?...ecto, meso, or endomorph, and what's your current weight and BF??
Everybody is different. Are you trying to loose weight, gain? Do you have a high metabolism or is it as slow as a snale? Where are you starting from? That is how you determine what ratio you need. I went to a nutritionist 15 years ago in my gym and put on 20lbs in 3 months. Now I just tweak that diet to suite my needs. Best money I ever spent, look into it it is worth it.
I'm using vikes...no carbs after two plan. I eat my oats...workout...whey....lunch tilapia/chicken with brown rice n veggies. Nothing but whey, chicken, tilapia, veggies til last dinner at 11pm. Shedding fat fast. High protein....2-2.5 g/lb
any idea on what the ratios are. Most of what I am finding is 40/40/20 including Arnolds old diet plan when competing and we can all assume he was juicing. As far as my metabolism goes I do not know anymore. I am getting ready to start a new cycle in about two weeks and am putting together my diet plan now. I used to know all of these things cold but I am older now and need to establish new base lines including full lab work ups and physical before I start my new base line cycle. It will be a simple test cycle with the intentions of watching my labs and diet to chart success rates on different regiments. Believe it or not it is as simple as finding my new baseline as 38 as apposed to when I was 25 lol!
best thing to do bro is to find your maintence calories, tweak from there. will make everythig easier from cuting to bulking. I'm 192lbs currently and am bulking at 31gprotien, 7g essentail fats, 37g whole wheat carbs, I eat this hourly 12 times a day for a total of 4875calories, its just whatever works for you.(key is maintence calories, from there you can tweak it 100calories in either direction for cutting or bulking on a daily basis). Thats what I do and I put on 5lbs of clean muscle in 5 days of bulking.
