+ 4 When asking for advice

ad

This is a general post about asking for advice on cycles. This includes past cycle comparisons, current cycles and potential future cycles.

It is really important when asking for advice on any type of cycle to include ALL of the pertinent facts. This would include the list of compounds, the quantity and the shot intervals. (How often are you taking shots).

Example:

I am taking 700 mg of test a week bro!

My response:
700 mg of what? Test Enanthate or prop?
If prop, is that 100 mg a day or 175 every other day or is that enanthate at 250 every 2 days?
While it may seem simple and taken for granted the answer would vary tremendously depending on just these two factors!!!

700 mg of Test Prop a week is approximately 581 mg of test.
700 mg of Test Enanthate is 497 mg of test.
See the difference!

Further more the frequency of shots will have a lot to do with potential sides and relative comparison between cycles as well as possibly hold the key to your question. As general as that sounds think about it?
Everything counts in this game including timing and food and compounds. Leaving out details you think are not relevant only leaves the person doing the helping scratching their head and asking you a bunch of questions just to give one simple answer!

Thanks.

It still amazes me how people think we can read their minds when they put a post up asking for advice.

Yes very important to have all the relevant facts before giving or getting advice. I would have thought stating the ester would be basic stuff but from some of the cycles I've seen lately we can't take anything for granted!

Also include any pertinent medical history. We don't need to know if you broke a hand as a kid but if you are a diabetic we sure need to know. If you have had hypertension we need to know. Any blood disorders. Any auto immune disorders? Kidney or liver problems. Don't be shy this shit isn't a joke.
There's a few things in life where you need to close your eyes and take a leap of faith. Well this shit isn't one of them.
