My goal when I first stepped in the forums was to help out and especially help out the new guy. I haven’t deviated from that goal and it has become my passion shared by others , as well. It’s all about the new guy… I met GS9902 in a supplier thread on a src review. After a few pm’s I was told to get my ass in the forum and help and I been doing it ever since. I have posted quite a few pieces in my time here, but almost everyone of them has been for the new guy because he just don’t know….I didn’t…You didn’t when you started. Just think of all the mistakes you made and how it could have been different. That has been my burning desire to prevent him from making the same mistakes I did. So as another way to give back……
I have put together a small reference series to help the new guy out in researching his goals. Covered in these posts you will find information on your diet and how to eat, what a first cycle should be like, the sciences behind the steroids, common things that occur within a cycle or PCT, the labs you will here about and what they are. Each of these topics tie in to one another to make the true complete, successful cycle. It is packed full of information to help you to understand and educate you. Many hours have been put in this research and it is now available at your fingertips….LOL(Sounds like a commercial) . Knowledge is power, but true wisdom is knowing what to do with it. I hope you take the time to read each one and implement it where it’s needed. All topics are equally important in my eyes. They will answer most of your questions that you have and as you will find in reading this series, there is more to this than just sticking a needle in your ass or swallowing pills. It’s a science to our madness, and all must be considered!! Enjoy my new eager, friend because all of these were created just for you!!

First post stats on home page second post in general section your goals. We need age, height, weight, bf%,years training, cycle history,life style (partier, weekend power drinker, drugs,ect...). Once you post all this then we can help.
I think it would be cool if everyone could read through all the links looking for errors or something that needs to be added.

cdaddy7Thanks Nitti, it's the passion that GS and I shared that got this ball rolling. We are both proud how it ended up and where it's headed. Viking said this in one of the posts, " ... we know noobs dont search info out lets stick it right under their noses... you never know somebody may learn something today." That is basically what we have done. The majority of the site members are newbs so hopefully we hit home with it and make a difference.
That's sorta what we were shooting for. At first it was about finding good topics to speak on. Then about half way thru things just started fitting together nicely and after the last posts I told Cdaddy that it was time to link it all together and here it is. We're really proud how well it all gels together.

Just wish i could have had info like this at my fingertips back in the day! these young guys dont realise how hard it was just to get the basic info to run a straight 10wk test cycle....
True story this.. i spoke to guy in the gym this week that had acne on his chest after running some stupid cycle,i wont mention the cycle here it dosent deserve the words lol... i asked him if he was now on PCT his serious reply was.. "is that some sort of pre/workout drink" all i could do was shake my f-ing head... i shit you not gentlemen this is TRUE!
