Hgh and unwanted fat loss

ad

Iv been lurking the site for a while now and cant find much info anywhere on the web about hgh and subcutaneous fat loss. Iv always been too thin and don't have much fat to lose. I found a clinical trial that said most of the fat loss was versical fat and minimal subcutaneous fat loss in the limb butt and face area. Hoping someone whos used hgh can confirm that. Week 2 on serotism and scared sh*tless to lose too much fat.

Came across a forum where someone with HIV waisting on the legs butt and face had improved using Egrifta and another man who noticed improvment in his legs and they were less veiny. Seems like a better choice for someone thin and less joint pain than hgh. Joints are killing me especially my right hand and wrist..throbbing pain i think from using my phone. Have to keep it wrapped up or the pain gets unbarable. Is Egrifta hard to come by without a prescription? I was lucky enough and found out my sisters roommate has a gh deficiency, sells the odd kit for $200. Other than that I have zero connections for this type stuff.

Thanks Jennylynn

HGH is probably the best thing for you according to you goals. Sure gh keeps you lean but you will only get so lean whilst taking it and it sounds like you're already very lean so i wouldn't be too concerned with it. Another big thing that plays into it is the time of day you inject your gh.

How many iu's are you currently running?

Maybe you should look into the HCG diet...lots of women have been having success with that in terms of weight loss!

Nah I thought she was confused with HGH and HCG so I mentioned that diet to see if it rang a bell! Was being sarcastic...I agree 100% with you now that I saw the replies.

Lol...that is one side effect living in society these days...everyone is looking for short-cuts or fast tracks...like with all the diet craze....I was referencing the "HCG diet" because it is among those...these women have been purchasing overprice "HCG subliminal drops" which actually don't contain any true HCG and the diet consists of going on a 500 calorie diet! Hahaha...so if you knew more about the background on the diet you'd probably think my statement was a tad bit funnier...that I was blatantly promoting it. Some women pay like $1000.00's for the real stuff at clinics and still go on the 500 cal diet as well! What ever happened to hard-work and dedication? I do respect your efforts in putting forth tremendous work to change your body.

Oh didn't mean to skip HCG comment but yes some of the products claimed to be homeopathic..some were...in any regard the FDA banned all these substances saying it was illegal...this lead to the "prescription" route and clinics that charge ridiculous amounts for weekly injections. Also supplement companies continue to sell bunk "HCG sublingual drops" to make money off this diet craze.

People don't wanna work these days man...they want "things" to work for them. That's one reason I got into bodybuilding...it's science based...but you need to put in the effort yourself through exercise and diet to manipulate your body through space and time. Science has brought us very far from a primitive state but look at the majority of society...I can understand losing faith in people....most are wasteful, sick, lethargic if you look around! What ever happened to human tenacity? That's why I really respect people with drive, ambition, and a will to overcome. Same thing with school man...you see those people in classes that have hopeless ambition..."Oh I'm going to be a doctor or go into this field"...don't put in any effort flunk classes and expect after they take the class several times and barely pass...they will should be entitled to a high paying job in that field! Or the rich kids that live off their parents money and squander life....Smh! Just as the saying goes from Ronnie Coleman "Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but don't nobody wanna lift no heavy ass weights!"

I'm 33 with no training and trying to accomplish the same effects that hgh would have on a cachexia/anorexia/HIV patient with the main goal being an increase in lean body mass. I'm 5'6" and have always weighted between 115-117 lbs until the past year iv lost a lot of weight due to major stress and depression. Iv let it go to the point where I'm extremely fatigued and not only have fat loss but also muscle due to inactivity and loss of appetite. Even though I don't have anorexia or HIV I have a lot of the same symptoms associated with fat, muscle and im assuming bone loss. So that's where I'm at right now, frail weak fatigued malnutritioned and don't have the energy to even walk 5 minutes with feeling faint. Iv done a lot of research on hgh being used to treat aneroxia/cachexia/HIV lipodydtrophy, this isn't an uneducated decision. At 2 weeks on hgh with no exercise iv gained 4 lbs, have more energy and more desire for food and my mood has improved slightly. I plan on exercising with light weights at 12 weeks but for now I'm focusing on gaining strength and eating habits. I need to get strong enough to exercise if tht makes sense. I find this form is the most active and helpful so that's why I'm here.

bro you dont need hgh. g wont increase muscle mas without high dosages. you want test. but what you really need it food. lots of it.

I'm pretty this is a female? Maybe?

Jennylynn's picture

Yes I'm 100% female lol and very much a girly girl, not looking for big muscles just a healthy weight. Iv heard of women taking test before but I'm not too keen on the idea of taking a male hormone. Don't understand from a medical view how I wouldn't be a good candidate for hgh treatment opposed to people taking it for appearance reasons (anti-aging, weight loss, bigger muscle mass) if u look at the clinical studies anorexic/HIV/cancer patients had a drastic increase in lean body mass from a lower dose in a 12 week span without any changes in physical activity or eating habits. I don't mean to sound like a know it all cause not that type of person but going by data from clinicsl trails I don't think someone needs high doses to increase body mass. Iv never stepped into a gym but iv always been an active person into dance and sports so this is a new low for me. Sounds vein but when I look good I feel good and when I look like crap it's depressing. I'm not on my death bed just stuck in an unhealthily rut. If anyone has any other suggestions I'm all ears. I dont want to post pics on here but I don't mind sending a few if there's someone out there who thinks they can help or give better suggestions on what I can do. I do eat just not as much as I should be and it's hard to get a healthy appetite back when you've let yourself go. Just eat more is easier said than done, for me anyway

Jennylynn's picture

Kinda off topic but if u google image "female body builder" what are they taking that makes their faces masculin? Even the bone structure on the face is very masculin looking. Google image "HIV facial wasting" and there's a huge similarity between the two. Both have that sunken appearance from major lack of fat. I sometimes notice that sunken look on people who arnt body builders but that are still fairly fit. Is that from sometype of steroid or drug? Hoping not hgh. Thats my concern with starting off too thin and adding hgh into the mix. Someone who's all muscle with a low body fat % should easily be able to notice changes in face fat especially with the high doses u guys take. Maybe I'm worried over nothing and hgh won't make that much of a difference but I think it's a legit corcern especially for a woman. Can anyone say if they've noticed any changes or not..

I'm shooting you a friend request Girly. Pm me so we can chat a bit and discuss what precisely you want and how to maybe reach your goals safely and effectively.

Jennylynn's picture

Wow thats kinda harsh. How many men are on this forum taking it strictly for looks. Anti aging..bigger muscles..weight loss..cause they turned 50..whatever they're reason who cares. They dont get shit on and called lazy for taking something to help them achieve whatever theyre trying to dI. Hgh is perscribed to patients who are underweight, malnutritioned, weak from cancer treatment, HIV patients with wasting and weak immune systems etc. I'm not judging anyone and I absolutely want to look better looks are super important to me but how can someone who uses it strictly for bigger muscles and a bigger ego bash someone who's using it for the medical use its intended for. If u have nothing nice to say why say anythjng at all. Unnecessary

IronMind's picture

Nah...Actually he gave you excellent advice! Call it tough love but this is definitely something you need to hear from someone. Looking for instant gratification through using a substance isn't the correct way to go about this. Hard work, diet, and training will give you the results you want. Plus learning the process of changing your body will also make you a better stronger person overall!

Hes not completely wrong. But anyway Friend request sent Girly, accept it yo!

Jennylynn's picture

Pont being he's calling the kettle black. Even at my normal weight with excercise I'm too thin. I don't like the look of a lot of muscle on a women (personal preference) but I don't like being a stick either

Pm sent girl

Even if hgh had no effects on the body id still be usig it for anti aging and healing and mental purposes. Like I said before I'm open to suggestions and thanks for an honest answer. Thought the jabs were uncalled for and none of the replys really answer my main questions to fat loss. Peace:)
