Hey dudes....I know we talk about this stuff all the time, but just a reminder---when you inject, always pull back on the plunger just a little to see if you are drawing any blood out. If you see even a little, pull out and either change the needle and pick a different spot---or better yet, throw the whole thing away (including the gear) and start over. I drew blood in my quad about an hour ago and I RARELY ever see blood. The point is, always aspirate because you never know. I once injected straight into a vein and it's not a pleasant experience....but it's a hell of a rush.
I understand not wanting to toss a ML or two of gear away, but I personally am not cool with injecting blood back into my body----even my own.

Something that was showed to me, sit in a chair with your legs parallel to the floor, snug the palm of your hand to your hip and spread your fingers as if to grasp a basketball.... where your ring finger lays is the spot..... I've been lucky to never hit a vein, having said that next pin will go horribly wrong!

MAYBE the gentleman has mistaken you for someone else, and it's his lack of sleep that's affecting his judgement.

I had this happen with a 300mg pin of test-susp last night... It was fukn messy, took 3 goes to get it in (with an 18g), but got there eventually.
First time ive hit a vein too.

haha, i tried with a 23g first, draw a shitload of dark blood, so tried another spot with another 23g, then the suspension wouldnt go in!!
So im sitting here with a 5ml syringe thats got 3ml of suspension in it and 1ml of blood...
So in a pissed off poofinger mood I pulled out a turkey baster 18g, and in she went haha.
First time with 100mg/ml suspension, last lot was 50mg/ml!
Supernova283Dark blood is better than lighter colored blood. Dark blood is normally unoxygenated and going back to the heart. Lighter blood is oxygenated and means you're taking away from somewhere you need it.
Just thought I'd add that little note.

Injecting PGF2/lutalyse... Nearly had to shove a tampon up my balloon knot to stop me shitting.
tread-mWhen I draw blood brother I just hold the pin to where the blood drops right in the bottom and slowly squeeze it out and restab with a new pin. Nice point here, I hit veins on occassion and not sure why even the med professionals are getting away from aspirating often. Tip would be aspirate real slow, as you know but for others when you draw blood a lot of it rushes in fast so I go slow enough I might get a couple drops in if I'm sitting in the vein. Another tip for those who have never done so, when you aspirate you don't have to pull back like you're trying to suck peanut butter up in that bitch, blood will come in as easy as pullin air in mid air if you're in the vessel. I'm not throwing away gear either although your point is probably best! You really can let it drop to the port and squeeze it out pretty easy though as long as you didn't draw enough for fing blood work! Lol
