Primo-TestE- EQ

ad

Thoughts... Suggestions...

30yrs old
222lbs
6' tall
bf aprox 14%

Week 0-14 Primo 400 mg/wk
Week 2-14 TestE 450mg/wk
Week 2-14 EQ 450mg/ Wk

(wanted to run the primo for a few weeks before the other compounds to make sure it was legit)

This is my first cycle in 8 years, never stopped lifting just went natural.

Current Lifts
Bench = 315 (my Achilles heel)
DL = 550+/-
Squat = 495 +/-
Clean/Jerk = 255

Hoping to fill out a bit, have had lower T for the past couple years and started looking a bit deflated. Strength has been fairly consistent though cause I've always done alot of power moves. If I keep 8-10lbs after PCT and still look "full" I'd be pleased.

PCT standard
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

Got Aromisin on hand just in case, but doubt i'll need it.

**Planned on using Sust at 500/week initially instead of Test/EQ but had an order mix up -

Lifting Schedule:

In my teens and in college I would train everything 2x per week.

Now i've been doing 1x and am considering if I should go back to the old routine or stick to the longer rest. Any thoughts?

Currently:
M - Chest
Tu- Legs
Wed- Back
Thur- Shoulders
Fri- Arms

Former:
Day 1- Chest/Back
Day2 - Shoulders /Arms
Day 3- Legs
Day 4- Rest 1 or 2 days
Repeat

Seeing you have cycles under your belt even though it's been seven years I would start at 400mg for three weeks then up it to 600mg. I was just looking at a mg by mg basis instead of 400 of each 800 of primo just would yield way better results. I personally think 600mgs/w is more than enough to get fantastic results. 400mg is the recommended lowest dosage and 600mg is a safe dosage that yields great results. I am not a big fan of hybrids, I have tried them and just don't get the same results as If I did each one seperately. I could have gotten stuff that was underdosed but that is just my opnion.

Yea thats a good point actually, especially getting from different sources.... hmmm

Everything looks pretty good but running eq with primo is a little redundant. I would cut out the eq and run the primo at 800mgs/w you will get way better results then the two together.

The EQ is blended with the test (the shipping mix up got me Test/Bold instead of Sust) -- First time using either compound you really think jump right in to 800/week?

Current Update after week 5:

Weight up about 9lbs. BF def down a bit too.

Upped the Primo this past week to 600/week and will run that for the remainder

No noticeable strength gains yet, but getting good pumps, muscles are full and have added in a few extra sets each workout cause I can tell it's taking more to break it down.

Will be switching up the workout split next week and going for max in each major lift (1 lift each week to gauge new totals.)

I wish I had the balls to squat more! I never push myself hard enough with the squats. I have this dumb fear of having an accident

It's no different than benching solo. Just get warmed up until you can hit depth, then figure out where to set the safety spot pins on your rack so they are only an inch or so below the barbell when you're all the way in the bottom of the squat. Then take a squat you know you can manage down and dump it off so you get comfortable with getting out. It'll give you the confidence to put more weight on your back. You will however need to squat in a fairly controlled manner when doing it this way, because if you bounce out of the bottom, you will bounce the bar off the safety spot pins.

You need a dependable training partner to spot you!
Or depends undergarments depending on which type of accident your talking about. LOL ;-P

Heavy squats release more test, to be used everywhere.

work out wise, my suggestion would be to throw triceps in on mon with chest, and biceps in on wed with back. I do 1 day off 4 days on, simular to what you have but fri would be my off day and the sat would start over. however most will probably suggest a couple days off...cycle wise it looks good to me, what week are planning to PCT?

good question, I would assume 2 weeks from last inject no?

So whats your split, Chest /Tri, Back/ Bi, Shoulder, Leg, off?

Nitti's picture

Definitely do tri's with chest and back with bi's. I have friends who have an "arm day". I disagree with this. If you're busting it out in the gym the way you should, you're putting those tri's to work on chest day and Bi's on back day. Get them in together. Bigger muscle first then the arm after. Just my $0.02

I've worked them opposite with good results. Here's my theory: On chest day Tris are an aux muscles getting work. I hit Biceps as a primary and can fully concentrate on them (isolation) I can go heavier cause their not pre exhausted. Result front and back of arms worked, decent pump. 2 days later working back, biceps are an aux muscle getting work. I hit Tris as primary and fully concentrate on them (isolation) I can go heavier cause their not pre exhausted. Result front and back of arms worked, decent pump. That way I'm getting both in to a degree 3 times a week, and getting more weight. But there are benefits to pre exhaustion as well. Switch em up and Grow!!

Switch it up on the routine.Keep your body geussing and you'll get better gains.Do your current routine for one or two weeks then switch to your former routine.

Good ol muscle confusion tactics! I try to switch things up weekly.
